This one had a lot of moving parts. We handled the foundation walls, the interior floor slab, and the exterior concrete pads for a large barn build north of Mt. Pleasant. Each piece had to be done right before the next trade could come in - so there was no room for sloppy work or cutting corners.

The foundation walls came first. You can see the full perimeter poured and set, with anchor bolts positioned and ready for the framing crew. Getting the layout square and the walls level at this stage is what makes everything easier down the line. A bad foundation creates headaches for every trade that follows.

Once the structure went up, we came back for the exterior pads. The covered porch area off the side entry is a good example of how concrete work ties a building together. A clean, properly pitched pad under a covered overhang keeps water moving away from the structure and gives you a functional surface that holds up year after year.

Big agricultural builds like this are exactly what we do. Whether it is a concrete foundation for a new barn, an interior floor built to handle heavy equipment, or exterior pads around a finished structure - we treat every pour with the same level of care. These buildings are major investments, and the concrete work underneath them needs to match that.

From the ground up, this site came together the way it should. Solid footings, a smooth floor, and functional exterior slabs that finish off the build the right way. That is what we aim for on every job.
